Tonight

Posted on 2008.07.19 at 14:28
If you're planning to attend Spellbound tonight,
we highly recommend that you dress to impress!

Spellbound recently piqued the interest of On Tap Magazine and completed an interview just last week. Tonight, On Tap Magazine is sending a photographer to Spellbound to follow up the story. They are definitely interested in our guests! So if you'd like to stand out in the crowd, and possibly end up in the magazine, we encourage you to wear something fabulous and look your best!
In addition to the photographer from On Tap Mag, Spellbound will also be visited tonight by a writer from The City Paper. Seems like word is getting around about the magic we create at Spellbound, and the press is very interested. So tonight we celebrate and show 'em what a great goth/industrial event is all about!

Just a quick thanks to those of you who came out to Spellbound on Saturday.
For the early birds...your patience was welcomed and apppreciated.
200 jello shots seemed to disappear...how did that happen?
We got off to a slow start.....but who knew that so many of you would want to party like rock stars after being at Kings Dominion all day!
To everyone who rolled in after 12am still sweaty, and red from the sun...you guys rule!
Glad we could be there for you to keep the fun going.

Stay tuned....this week, July 5th will be a good time for sure. Announcement coming soon.
We hope that those of you who aren't heading to the beach will stop by for drinks and dancing.

xoxo,
Lori Beth

The word on the street.....

London After Midnight is tearin' it up!
They played in Chicago last Friday night to a packed house.
The promoter, venue, and crowd feedback said the band was rockin' hard and the set was tight.
The background visuals and the band's stage presence were impressive.
They're touring to promote their new album, but they also played every older song the crowd wanted to hear.
They played for 1 hour 40 minutes....and after the encore(s) they left the crowd wanting more.
The promoter (in the business for 20 years) said it was probably the best show she's ever had the pleasure of hosting.

*Edit - we just got word that the show in Salt Lake City was just as impressive!
"Despite being popular in the '90s, LAM are about as far from has-beens as I could imagine...
they are vital and powerful. If you are a fan at all, you will not want to not miss this show"
 - from a fan who attended the show in SLC.

Don't miss out!
This is London After Midnight's first visit to DC!
