To clear up any confusion:
The Clockwork Dolls had asked if they could play at Spellbound with a few other bands.
Although discussed, it was never confirmed. And the show was never booked. Therefore it would not be appropriate to say it was 'canceled'. Spellbound honors it's committments to bands on the occasions shows are scheduled.
However, there was some confusion and all of the bands made announcements that they were playing. Once realizing the mistake, they have now changed their announcements and hopefully word has reached everyone who was interested in seeing them perform.
So keep your eyes on their myspace pages, etc., for updates and show information. And please go out and support our local acts! 

As always...when Spellbound hosts a band or any special event....
you will see an official announcement from Spellbound first.

I've informed Hellblinki and This Way to the Egress to remove it from their upcoming events section and posted on The Clockwork Dolls blog that July 11th is a no go.

I apologize for the newbie mistake and we're looking forward in further future relations with your wonderful event.

No problem. I just hope anyone looking forward to seeing the bands play has gotten the correct information, and they'll come out and support all the bands at the next show/venue.

You guys should go talk to someone at Artomatic for a spot next year!

Yes! And thank you for the leads, we persued them all among others and scooped up another gig on July 16th, you've been wonderful Lori Beth!

If you make flyers for the show please bring some to Spellbound so I can put them out for you.

Once the show is announced (I've certainly learned my lesson) by the venue I'll shoot you an e-mail (or Mr. Mayne will) with the full details. Based on the organizers and myself we are looking at a Steampunk Opera with live visual artists drawing in the background.
